I’m Hannah, the founder of H & H Business Support
Having built my career within healthcare, I bring many years of experience supporting both patients and the organisations that care for them.
I began as a Medical Secretary before progressing into leadership roles within a private hospital and later as a Home Administration Manager in a care home setting. Throughout these roles, I gained extensive experience working with local authorities, supporting patients and families, managing complaints, and guiding teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
I am passionate about ensuring that organisations operate efficiently while maintaining compassionate, high-quality care. By fostering supportive, structured, and positive working environments, I help teams perform at their best and create the foundations for both exceptional care and operational success.
