I’m Hannah, the founder of H & H Business Support
Having worked in healthcare for many years, I’ve been fortunate to build my career on a genuine passion for supporting both patients and the organisations that care for them.
I began my journey as a Medical Secretary, progressing to a Leadership role in a private hospital before becoming a Home Administration Manager within a care home setting. Throughout these roles, I gained extensive experience liaising with external local authorities, supporting patients and families, managing complaints, and assisting teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
I’m passionate about ensuring that not only are patients’ needs met and businesses run smoothly, but that teams are well supported in their roles. By fostering a positive, efficient, and compassionate working environment, I help create the foundations for exceptional care and operational success.
